To find the part you need, search by part number in the search tool bar at the top of any page.

2. How do I request a quote?
Once you've found the part you need, type in the quantity you would like. Then click on the button "Request a Quote." Follow the promptings to create an account, or enter your login information if you already have one. We will email you a quote within 1 business day and the pricing will be relevant for 60 days.
3. How do I place an order?
Once you have received pricing from us and would like to place an order, call or email us with your request and payment information at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. How do I track shipping on my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking information.
5. What are your typical lead times?
Standard lead times are 2 - 3 weeks.
6. Do you impose drop-ship penalties?
No, we will ship to any location of your choice without any drop-ship fees.
7. Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we take all major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
8. Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes, all orders must be a minimum of $75.
9. Where are you located?
Our offices and manufacturing facility are located in Youngsville, North Carolina (about 45 minutes northeast of Raleigh).
